General Terms and Conditions

Our general terms and conditions apply to offers and orders of WertFels GmbH to businesses. If we have concluded a framework agreement with you, it takes precedence. These terms apply exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The German version shall prevail.
